This week we have Benjamin Robinson presenting his paper “A Mutually Exclusive 3D Convolution Based Time Dilation Framework for Future Frame Prediction in Video Streams of Natural Events” which was published in 2025 IEEE World AI IoT Congress.
The paper introduces a new deep learning framework designed to predict future frames in videos of natural processes. The system achieves this by looking at how objects change both in space (across the image) and over time (from frame to frame)—to inherently learn the underlying physical laws governing the scene.
